The trusses for the west wing arrived last week and have been set on the nun’s refectory, nun’s conference room, and the main conference room, which will be used as a provisional chapel until providence allows us to build a church. They have started sheeting the trusses so as to protect the building for the winter, which is rapidly approaching. We are preparing for the slate roof and praying for a mild Virginia winter so as to avoid further delay.  Even though most our energies are concentrated on the roof, we have continued pouring concrete in the basement and on the first floor.
